🚨 Please help me, I’m running out of time. There is no cure for MND & so many of us will have or will in the future be affected by cancer. You can make a difference by donating to see me break myself for 6 days 😁 🚨

Understandable outpouring of emotions after someone takes their own life. Sadly certain parts of the media driven by jealousy & social media gives all the opportunity to vent their jealousy & in so doing fleetingly forget their own shortcomings. A sad & hurtful keyboard weapon

@Hereford RFC  @Brian Moore  @Will Carling  @Peter Winterbottom  @Jonny Wilkinson  @Gengey  @Nigel Owens MBE rugby family if you have enjoyed a pint after a game please consider a donation of the cost of a pint & retweet to help HEREFORD RFC recover from  #StormDennis

could there be a better start to a week 🤣 - such a kind and thoughtful man  @David Sole

First task of this morning complete.... Ordered 1 x 75cl Blue Nun for delivery to  @Will Carling on Monday - hopefully it will arrive chilled for instant consumption, knowing how he just can’t get enough of a good thing...!

Sometimes, just sometimes it is far more impressive and believable to just be honest rather than scrabbling around for excuses.... https://www.scotsman.com/sport/rugby-union/aidan-smith-yes-the-scotland-fans-booed-farrell-an-old-sc... - it was because he took so long.....of course, everyone has their stopwatches out did they 🤨🙄

Nor can the team..........!

@Will Carling interviewed here in the second in our mini-series How To Win A Grand Slam. He won three, thinks it should have been more. Insists grand slams are harder for England. Still can't quite get why he was captain. https://aca.st/1f830f

“But I don't feel let down. The things and opportunities that Nigel Wray has given to me as a person from the age of 17, he has invested so much time into me and love so I will be forever grateful for that.” why  @Saracens Rugby Club Jamie George is sticking with the club  @England Rugby

Rugby is a big game for big men making big hits. In this week's blog,  @Will Carling looks at dominant tackles and explains how  #tech can help us to derive insight into a team's defensive strength and structure: http://ow.ly/Gpwm50yjvJS. Via  @Broadcast Sport  #data  #analytics

🙌

It was only a matter of time before  @Emily Scarratt became England’s leading points-scorer ... those of us who have watched her since her university days know she will end her career as the the greatest ever women’s player ... she is that good!

The longer this goes on and the more public the discussion, the lower the chance of reaching a workable solution... All we want is for the  @Scottish Rugby to honour the jersey; to wear it with pride for those who have gone before and those for who will follow - coaches and players

So worth reading and thinking on. What an amazing man..........

There is no point dwelling on what might or could have been. The past has happened and cannot be changed; it can only be accepted. Life is much simpler and much happier when you always look at what you can do, not what you can’t do.
